Warranty Policy
Cosmetic products are consumable by nature, which means they do not fall under a traditional long-term warranty structure. Coverage is limited to the condition of the item at the time it is received.
Condition on Arrival
Items are expected to arrive in usable condition. If a product is delivered with significant damage—such as broken components, leakage, or unusable contents—it may be eligible for review.
Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Providing clear images helps determine the extent and cause of the issue.
Manufacturing Concerns
In rare cases, a product may show irregularities that go beyond normal variation. This can include severe separation, unusual texture inconsistencies, or other issues that affect usability.
Minor differences in color, scent, or texture are expected and are not considered defects.
Powder Product Notes
Pressed powders can occasionally show surface imperfections due to transit. Light cracking or shifting does not always impact performance.
Only damage that significantly affects usability may be considered for resolution.
What Is Not Covered
- Changes occurring after regular use
- Differences in shade appearance or finish
- Skin reactions or individual sensitivity
- Products stored under unsuitable conditions
- Normal wear, including surface changes over time
Once a product has been opened and used, its condition is influenced by handling and environment. These factors fall outside of coverage.
Resolution
If a concern qualifies, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation and product availability.
Each request is reviewed individually rather than following a fixed outcome.
