Return & Refund Policy
Returns are handled with consideration for product integrity and hygiene. Cosmetic items are sensitive to handling, and once opened, they cannot always be evaluated or resold in the same way.
Return Window
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Protective seals, if present, should remain intact.
Products that have been opened or tested are generally not eligible for return unless a verified issue is present.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Items with broken seals or missing packaging
- Shade mismatches or personal preference concerns
- Products altered after delivery
Color selection involves individual judgment. Differences between how a shade appears on screen and how it looks when applied are expected and do not qualify as defects.
Sensitivity or Skin Reactions
Skin responses can vary based on individual factors. If a product does not suit your skin after use, it may not qualify for return due to hygiene considerations.
In certain situations, support may review the case and offer a resolution where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, cracked, or incorrect, notification should be made within 48 hours of delivery. Photos are typically required for verification.
Once confirmed, a replacement or refund may be arranged depending on availability and circumstances.
Powder Product Notes
Pressed powders may occasionally show surface imperfections or minor cracking due to transit. This does not always affect performance and is not automatically considered a defect.
Significant damage that impacts usability may qualify for review.
Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or confirmed defect.
For international returns, any shipping costs and customs-related fees are handled by the sender.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and reviewed, a decision will be made. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Exchanges
